The service
YT China PR provides press release localization and distribution services to Chinese media outlets, delivered through the packages listed on this site. Each package documents what is included: media reach, localization and a final delivery report.
Operator
The service is operated by Guangzhou Yitui Culture Communication Co., Ltd. (广州易推文化传播有限公司), Room 905, Guijiang Commercial Building, No. 21 Songyuan Zhongxi Street, Pingsha Village, Junhe Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China.
Publication disclaimer
Distribution to the outlets in your package is guaranteed. Final publication of each release remains subject to the editorial judgement and platform policies of each outlet, and we document the outcome transparently in your delivery report.
Your content and obligations
You confirm that you own or have the rights to the content you submit and that it is lawful, accurate and non-infringing. We do not accept illegal, defamatory, misleading, infringing, hateful or otherwise non-compliant content.
Payments
Packages are one-time purchases paid through PayPal. PayPal may offer PayPal balance, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other methods shown in your PayPal checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any bank or currency fees charged by your payment provider.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the package in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after its last updated date.
